Our story.​

Keeping Communities Connected is incredibly proud of our individual programmatic and outreach initiatives. From mentorship to tech training to school engagement to volunteering – we are proud to have so many touchpoints with the community. 
 
Through each of these, we’re working to empower our local youth with the skills, hands-on training, personal support, and agency to succeed in whatever they set as their future paths. From college to career readiness and every opportunity the world may offer our kids, we’re helping them to be ready – and thrive.
 
But what sets Keeping Communities Connected apart – and what we’re especially proud of – is the connection to the community we’re helping instill. It’s one thing (and wonderful) to be ready to reach your dreams and conquer the world – but it becomes transcendental when paired with a deep sense of pride for and connection to the community a person comes from. Instilled with a strong sense of community, our youth are eager to give back, to not simply rise up – but lift others up as well.
 
This is how we approach our work, how we strive to lay a foundation of impact that will reach not simply the parents, students, and community leaders we meet with today – but also the countless people they will engage with, exponentially paying it forward for years to come.
